Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must still contain all associated parts, components, and the packaging must have arrived undamaged as with the product.
- Normal use of the product is visible; breakage due to careless use is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
- The product is found to be defective upon direct receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer shipping costs.
- A return shipment will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
For items purchased during clearance sales, Maximondo does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit.
How Can I Return My Order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to initiate the return process:
- Send an email to: Maximondo.store@gmail.com
- Ensure that the email contains the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of damage
- First and last name of the customer
- Customer's address
We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.
Important: Never send the product back to the sender; we will provide you with the correct address once you request it. As a customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase under the following provisions if they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity.
A. Cancellation Terms
Right of Cancellation
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) receives or accepts the last goods.
As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately once placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery is complete, and a refund is not possible until the goods have been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Maximondo) through a clear statement (e.g., via email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is complete once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
Notes for Shipments in Transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure the fastest possible return processing, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will any fees be charged for this refund.
PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following cases:

Exceeding the return period: Return requests or shipments received after the designated return period (as stated in our return policy) may be refused. Please ensure that return requests are submitted on time to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Missing or damaged original packaging: Returns are only accepted if the product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging. If the packaging is missing or severely damaged, we may refuse the return.

Incomplete return shipments: If accessories, manuals, labels, or other related product components are missing, we reserve the right not to accept the return. The product must be returned in full as it was received.

Suspected damage: If we suspect that the returned product has been damaged or is no longer in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. This includes damage caused by use, careless packaging, or other factors that negatively affect the product's condition.

Purchases during a sale: Items purchased during a sale or promotional period may not be eligible for return. Please check the specific terms of the promotion for more details.
